LEMA Construction, Inc. is proud to announce the start of construction on the New Springhill Suites® by Marriott. This hotel is 170,545 GSF, 8 stories, features 169 hotel rooms, and a restaurant space fronting Franklin Street. Also, as part of the project, Harrison Street will be reconnected with Franklin Street.
