I have worked with LEMA Construction on two projects at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Physician’s Office Building project was the complete renovation of a 4-story, 65,000 sf medical office building. LEMA worked very well with staff and patients to safely maintain adjacent occupied spaces with as little impact as possible.
