The Summerfield Community Clubhouse is located in Riverview, FL is approximately 5,795 sf with a total occupancy of 334 and will have the following features:
- Large Entrance
- Multi-purpose Room, 118 Occupants
- Pre-Function Room
- Conference Room
- Storage Room
- Catering Area, Full Kitchen
- Electrical Room
- Women’s and Men’s Restrooms
- Suspended Acoustical Ceilings
- Dog park including a 30 x 30 pre-engineered pavilion playground area approximately 1, 769 sf
The site was designed in accordance with the “Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design” regulations under section 6.03.11 by implementing the following design attributes:
- Natural surveillance: well lit parking areas
- Natural access control: landscaping, buildings, walls and fence which do not create hiding places or hinder visibility
- Territorial reinforcement: landscaping and site signage
- Maintenance and management: low maintenance landscaping and lighting treatments
