This past week our very own LEMA team was in attendance with St. Petersburg Mayor Bill Foster to break ground on the Rio Vista Park Improvements Project. Located at 8131 Mocoma Drive NE, St Petersburg, FL 33702; work includes infrastructure improvements, pavement and sidewalk areas, 2 tennis and 1 basketball court, landscaping and other improvements. Estimated completion date February 2014.
