Maintenance Facility, St. Pete Clearwater Airport
This project consisted of the construction of a new two (2) story metal pre-fabricated building and associated site work located on St. Pete Clearwater Airport property. The new maintenance facility will provide a larger, modern space as well as ease of access to the Airport terminal and grounds.
Work included; pavement and miscellaneous demolition; construction of building foundations; site grading; storm water; asphalt pavement; pavement markings; area lighting and miscellaneous electrical; sewer; water; telephone/data/ communications; signage; landscaping and fencing.
