Renovation of the 12,000sf Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) at Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority located at 815 Tower Road, Sarasota, FL 34243.

This project consists of hardening the structure of the building, replacing the current roof, replacing all the existing windows, replacing the HVAC, enclosing existing bunk rooms, an addition for a new fitness room and updating interior finishes.
