St. Petersburg College Midtown Center
This 49,000-square-foot, three-story community center was thoughtfully built to bring people together in a space that feels both inspiring and refined. Designed as a multi-purpose destination, it offers the perfect balance of form and function.
Inside, light-filled classrooms, state-of-the-art labs, and beautifully appointed administrative offices create an atmosphere that supports learning, creativity, and connection. Every detail—from the layout to the finishes—was considered with the people who use the space in mind.
The project also reflects a deep commitment to sustainability. With carefully selected materials and energy-efficient systems, the building achieved LEED® Silver Certification—delivering lasting value for both the community and the environment.
