Hotel Zamora Renovation

Renovation of the iconic St. Pete Beach luxury hotel included a refreshed lobby, 64 guest rooms with improved soundproofing, an updated fitness center, a redesigned pool bar and deck. A new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, Azura Coastal Kitchen & Rooftop Bar, was also introduced. The interiors were reimagined with a modern coastal aesthetic, while the landscaping and signage were updated to complement the new look. A neighboring 2,500 SF office building was added to the property and transformed into a wedding and event venue with capacity for 90 guests. Throughout construction, both the hotel and restaurant remained open. The renovation also enabled the owners to rebrand and deliver a more upscale experience for their clientele.
